To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place a copy in the Library of the guidance note sent to the non-departmental public bodies in Wales concerning the principles and eligibility rules under which matching funding for projects offered grants from the national lottery may be received; what is his definition of public funding for this purpose; and if he will list for each non-departmental public body --------------
