Untitled Debate

This day a ballot was appointed to take place for a Committee to try the merits of the petition respecting the late election for Southwark; and also a ballot for another Election Committee: but at four o'clock only 98 members were in the House, and it being necessary, according to order, that 100 members should be present before any ballot could commence, the House adjourned the to-morrow.
