Untitled Debate

The House met at Twelve of the clock; and at half-past Twelve the House was told by Mr. SPEAKER, and Twelve Members only being present, Mr. SPEAKER retired from the Chair until One of the clock, when the House was again told by Mr. SPEAKER, and, Nineteen Members only being present, Mr. SPEAKER again retired from the Chair until Four of the clock, when the House was again told by Mr. SPEAKER, and Thirty-five Members only being present, the House was adjourned by Mr. SPEAKER, without Question put, till To-morrow.
