Message from the Lords,

That they have agreed to,—Finance Bill, Development and Road Improvement Funds Act (1909) Amendment Bill, Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Orders (No. 1) Bill, Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Order (No. 2) Bill, without Amendment.

Amendment to—

City of Dublin Steam Packet Company Bill [ Lords].

Amendments to—

Stratford-upon-Avon and Midland Junction Railway Bill [ Lords], without Amendment.

That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to amend the Juries Act, 1825" [County Common Juries Bill [ Lords].

And, also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to empower the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the borough of Tynemouth to provide additional accommodation for the trade at their fish quays and to acquire lands for the purpose; to confer further powers upon them in relation to their fish quay undertaking; and for other purposes." [Tynemouth Corporation Bill [ Lords].]

Royal Assent

A message was delivered by the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod (Admiral Sir H. F. Stephenson), requesting the attendance of the House in the House of Peers, to hear the Royal Assent given by Commission to certain Acts which had passed both Houses.
