asked the Attorney-General when it is intended to introduce a Measure implementing the recommendations of the Hanworth Committee on Law Reform; and what will be the principal proposals contained in this Bill?

Foreign Cheese (Marking)

My hon. and learned Friend will, however, be aware that under provisions of the Merchandise Marks Act, 1926, if the description "Cheshire" is applied to foreign cheese on sale or exposure for sale in this country, then an indication of the foreign origin of the cheese must also be given.
