Cotton Piece-Goods (Exports To Denmark)
asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether there has been an increase or a decrease in United Kingdom exports of cotton piece-goods to Denmark in recent months; and how the figures for the latest available period compare with those for similar periods in immediately preceding years?
Exports of cotton piece-goods to Denmark in recent months show an improvement. The latest period for which figures are available is the four months ended 30th April. The following statement gives the information for which my hon. Friend asks:

Naval And Military Pensions And Grants
asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will reconsider the case of Mr. John Clews, of 362, Lickey Road, Rednal, No. ll/M/447,654, and give instructions that the necessary facilities should be arranged to enable this man to be X-rayed for the purpose of deciding whether or not his present condition is due to the gunshot wound he received during the War?
This case has already been exhaustively considered on several occasions, along with all the available evidence. I am advised that an X-ray examination at the present time would not assist in determining the origin of the disease from which Mr. Clews is unfortunately suffering, but which, on all the evidence in the possession of my Department, cannot be associated with the wound sustained by him in 1917.
