China (Treaty Obligations)

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is satisfied that the treaty obligations between China and His Majesty's Government are being satisfactorily carried out by China; and will he make a statement?

My right hon. Friend considers that the position is generally satisfactory, and he does not feel that any statement on the subject is required.
