Arrangements to this effect have already been made.

asked the Home Secretary whether, in view of the desire felt by many refugees in Great Britain to help this country in the event of war, he can make arrangements to make suitable use of their services?

As I indicated in my statement yesterday, I recognise the advantage of making full use of the services of refugees who are anxious to help this country, and I am hoping to be able, with the good offices of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour, to make arrangements for directing their services into appropriate channels.
