Kenya (Land Sales)
Viscount Hinchingbrooke
asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what distinction is made between sales from a landowner to a newcomer, and sales from one landowner to another landowner already resident in Kenya.
Mr. Creech Jones
The Land Control Ordinance admits no such distinction.
