Financial Assistance for Industry (Increase of Limit) Order: Industrial Development Act 1982
A motion to increase the limit of financial assistance under this Act was resolved in Committee on 17 July 2007. Due to an administrative error the order was not made until 7 May 2008. It came into force on 8 May. I regret the delay in the completion of this order.
