Price Commission: Cost To Public Funds

asked Her Majesty's Government:What is the estimated cost to public funds of the Price Commission for the current financial year.
Baroness STEDMAN
The 1978–79 estimates show the Price Commission's grant-in-aid to be £7,170,000. To this should be added £123,000 for payments to the Commission's members, making a total of £7,293,000.House adjourned at twenty minutes before midnight.
