Arrests In Civil Disturbance: Addresses
asked Her Majesty's Government:How many of those arrested in the Southall and Toxteth disturbances gave addresses in those localities, and how many normally live outside the districts.
Of the 23 people arrested in Southall on 3rd July, 15 gave addresses in Southall. Of the 194 people arrested in Toxteth between 4th and 8th July, 110 gave addresses in Toxteth and the remainder gave addresses in the surrounding city area.
Scientific Aspects Of Forestry
asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether they will reply before the Summer Recess to the Second Report of the Select Committee on Science and Technology on the Scientific Aspects of Forestry, published on 10th December 1980.
It had been the Government's hope to reply to the Select Committee's Report before the Summer Recess, but consultations on a number of important points are not yet sufficiently advanced to make this now possible.
