My Lords, I beg to move the first Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order 40 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with so far as is necessary on Monday next to enable the Motion standing in the name of the Lord Hunt of Kings Heath to be taken before the Second Reading of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill.—(Baroness Jay of Paddington.)
