I have today placed in the Library of the House two further Devolution Guidance Notes which have recently been completed. DGN5—The Role of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Post-Devolution and DGN9—PostDevolution Primary Legislation Affecting Wales. These guidance notes will be made available on the Cabinet Office Internet site at www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
