My Lords, as consideration of the Report stage of the Social Security Fraud Bill is now complete, this evening's Unstarred Question is no longer restricted to one hour. A time limit of one-and-a-half hours will now apply. As a result, each speaker on the list now has 12 minutes within which to make his or her contribution. However, if noble Lords prefer to avoid the inconvenience of extending their speeches at such short notice, I can assure them that they will attract no criticism from these Benches.
