Benjamin Alexander Gascoigne, having been created Baron Gascoigne, of Pendle in the County of Lancashire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Goldsmith of Richmond Park and Lord Udny-Lister, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
