Member for Huddersfield with the information sought; and if he will give reasons for the delay (a) in publishing a summary of the second postal follow-up survey of community programme participants and (b) in providing a full analysis of the results of the survey.

I replied to the hon. Member on 14 July at columns 363–64.The report of the second postal follow-up survey of community programme participants was placed in the Library on 13 March 1986. This did not represent any significant delay.This report constitutes a full analysis of the survey to the extent that the information contained within it can be regarded as statistically reliable.
