To ask the Secretary of State for Health whether any corrupt data have been detected on her Department's computer systems. (108469)

The Department does not keep records about individual instances when data have been detected as being corrupt. The Department has robust data recovery procedures that, in most situations, enable information that becomes lost by whatever means, including corruption, to be recovered.
