Access to Valuation Office Agency (VOA) attribute data is available to HM Revenue and Customs staff for purposes authorised by statute.

No access has been given to any other Department, Agency or NDPB. All data held by the Valuation Office Agency—as part of HM Revenue and Customs—are subject to the restrictions imposed by the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005.
