My Lords, before we begin, it might be helpful to thank all noble Lords for what I thought were excellent and considered contributions yesterday. I thought that the Lord Privy Seal, together with the Leader of the Opposition, led the way in allowing noble Lords to pay full tribute but do so in a way that enabled other noble Lords to come in in a timely fashion, and I hope that that will continue today.
