To ask Her Majesty's Government what funding (a) the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, (b) the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, (c) the Department for Education and Skills, (d) the Learning and Skills Council, and (e) the Learning and Skills Improvement Service, have each spent on developing the Framework for Excellence in each year since 2006. All expenditure on the Framework for Excellence has been by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS). Actual spending totals since 2006 are given in the table below.
